Legal Status of CMS & ED Course

• CMS & ED Certificate & Diploma Courses does not come under the purview of Medical Council of India(MCI) Ref.Latter no –MCI-23(1)/Med-2018/PG/134380 Dated 04 Sept 2018.
• CMS & ED certificate & Diploma Courses does not come under the purview of IMCC Act,1970. Ref. Latter no F.NO-3-6/2018 Misc Dated -03 oct. 2018,Central Council of Indian Medicine .(CCIM)
• DNYS & other Naturopathy ,yoga, certificate, Diploma courses  do not come under purview  of CCRYN prefix doctor naturopathy  as per the latter no F.N.17-18(Punjab)CCRYN/2012-13/RTI(Trg&Regn) /363 dated 09-09-2020 of Central Council For  research  in yoga and naturopathy –Ministry of Ayush –Govt of India.
• CMS & ED and Alternative system of medicine Certificate & Diploma Courses  are not specified by UGC. As per the latter no F.NO-7-14/2018(CPP-II) 07 Nov 2018.
• No  central Paramedical/Allied  Health Council at present .However .as per the Ministry of Health & Family welfare –Department of Health and family welfare –Govt of India Latter no –Z-28019/93/2019-AHS.
