How to get Approval

Step 1:Download approval application

Step 2:Fill up the Application completely and send it to Indian Allied Health Association (IAHA) Bhawan No 645B/232A-CC opposite Ram Kishor Convent Inter College Abhishekpuram, Jankipuram Extension,Lucknow-226021 India.

The following documents are to be enclosed with the approval application :

  1. For All Courses, Demand Draft Rs. 40500/- (Approval Fee) in favour of Indian Allied Health Association Lucknow. DD can be taken from any Nationalized Bank.
  2. Your building agreement, If rental building, rental agreement.
  3. Fifty Rupees stamp paper (2 Nos) with Institution / Applicant name for Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU).
  4. Photograph of infrastructure facilities like building, class rooms, and other facilities
  5. Photo of Applicant (2 Copies).
  6. Scrutinisation of application by the Approval Committee and inspection of the Institution. IAHA sends Inspection Committee Member to inspect your Place, Rs. 5,000/- (For UTTAR PRADESH) Rs. 10,000/- (For other states) to be given as Inspection Fee. No need to pay any extra charges. Inspection Committee Member should be treated well. Printed MOU will be sent to the institute with Temporary Approval. The Institution can start the courses by placing advertisement.
  7. Signed MOUs should be returned to IAHA Office, Lucknow, India along with the copy of the prepared advertisement matter.
  8. Approval Certificate along with approved advertisement will be sent to the Institution.
  9. Signed MOU will be sent to the Institution from IAHA.

After Approval, what to do

  1. Inform the total number of students admitted in the Institute to IAHA Office Lucknowbefore August 30. Based on this information, registration and examination forms will be sent to the institute.
  2. Register the students at IAHA Office, LUCKNOW by filling up the Registration and Examination forms sent by IAHA, before September 30, along with the following fees, in the form of DD, in favour of "INDIAN ALLIED HEALTH ASSOCIATION , LUCKNOW" payable at LUCKNOW. The same can be done upto October 30, with late fine Rs. 100/- per student. Amount for all students can be taken as a single DD. Record Note can be collected either in courier by sending courier charges or by collecting in person.

Registration & Examination Fees

For All courses Registration Fees 1500 Rs. (One Time) and Examination fees 2750 Rs./Year

  1. All fee can be remitted with single Demand Draft
  2. IAHA ID cards, Examination Hall Tickets, will be delivered to the institute before December 30
  3. Question papers will be uploaded in the official website on JUNE/ DECEMBER.
  4. Examination should be conducted normally, in the Institute itself. External invigilator will be made available.
  5. All answer booklets should be packed perfectly in IAHA cover (student wise) and sent to IAHA Office, LUCKNOW, India After completion of all the examinations.
  6. Examination Result will be announced in the month of July/January. Certificates and mark sheets will be sent to the institute.
  7. All Certificates and mark sheets should be thoroughly checked by the institute authority before distributing it to the students.
  8. Print renewal form fill up and attach all the enclosures and send to IAHA OFFICE, LUCKNOW before JUNE 30 every year.(10,000 INR Renewal fees)
